These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the scheduling tool run by Blurred Spaces LLC (“Blurred Spaces,” “we,” “us”) at book.blurredspaces.com (the “Scheduling App”). By using the Scheduling App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. What the Scheduling App does

The Scheduling App lets you view available times and book a meeting with Blurred Spaces. When you book, a calendar event is created and a calendar invitation, which may include a Google Meet link, is sent to the email address you provide.

2. Booking a meeting

• You agree to give accurate information, including your real name and an email address you control.
• Available times are based on Blurred Spaces’ calendars and are shown in your local time zone. Please double-check the date, time, and time zone before confirming.
• A booking is confirmed when you see the confirmation screen and receive a calendar invitation.
• Booking a meeting doesn’t create a contract for paid services. Any paid engagement will be covered by a separate written agreement.

3. Rescheduling and cancellations

• To cancel or reschedule, reply to your calendar invitation or email tech@blurredspaces.com. Please give as much notice as you can.
• Blurred Spaces may need to reschedule or cancel a meeting. If so, we’ll try to let you know ahead of time using the email you provided.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Scheduling App, you agree not to:

• Make fake, spam, or repeated bookings, or book on someone else’s behalf without their permission
• Submit anything unlawful, harassing, abusive, or harmful in the booking form
• Try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorized access to the Scheduling App, its admin area, or any connected accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Scheduling App

We may block access or cancel bookings that break these rules.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information through the Scheduling App. By using the Scheduling App, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Scheduling App relies on third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Netlify. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Blurred Spaces isn’t responsible for third-party services, including their availability or how they handle your information.

7. Intellectual property

The Scheduling App and its content belong to Blurred Spaces LLC and are protected by law. This includes the Blurred Spaces name, logo, design, text, and graphics. You may use the Scheduling App only to book meetings with Blurred Spaces, and you may not copy, change, or distribute its content without our written permission.

8. Availability

We try to keep the Scheduling App running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Availability depends on third-party services and may occasionally be out of date. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Scheduling App at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Scheduling App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blurred Spaces LLC and its members, employees, and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Scheduling App. This includes missed, double-booked, or incorrectly timed meetings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Scheduling App won’t exceed $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Blurred Spaces LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Scheduling App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Scheduling App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
